As we are so accustomed to living in our heads and defining ourselves from past beliefs, we have forgotten who we truly are. We may search and overthink in our minds, turning a million thoughts around for never finding the true self, but only glimpses of an identity, the separated ego-self.
True nature is to be experienced in the body.
The breath is the sacred vehicle to find it!
