Like you, I have cried and laughed in my life. We all face challenges of various nature, it is part of being human. Each one of them, however, is an initiation into something new, an invitation to reflect and eventually to change. Events can seldom be changed... accidents happen, conflicts arise often beyond our conscious intention and participation. How we react and respond is generally where free will can only be practiced.
Only Love Will Do!Isa Vasanti
It is my honor to assist your personal evolution
You may be feeling confused in a world that does not make sense anymore.
The New Earth awaits!
You create it by elevating your vibrational frequency, from fear to love. It however requires a descent into the underworld, which is accessible in the body, to awaken and ascend as the light that you truly are.
Traumas of all sorts create pathological ways of being, leading to disease and toxic relationships. Pathology is not just personal, but ancestral (passed down from generations), and collective (shared culturally).
Healing consists in feeling, feeling in the body what is left unresolved and allowing the energy to flow in order to be integrated.
When we heal ourselves, we break a pathological legacy, thus we heal for the benefit of all. Not only our ancestors rejoice in our well-being, but the future generations have a clear slate to start with.
My story
I was born in Belgium, in an Italian immigrant family. My father and his family felt uprooted and worked all their life to be integrated in Belgium, a country suddenly changing by the different cultures added to an old history. My mother lineage belonged to that history.
My childhood was versed in shame, secrets, depression, and grief, alongside the strength of a united family. Nonetheless, death and pedophilia divided the family and broke the threads of love.
In my adolescence, Socrates words were my mantra “know thyself and you will know the universe and the gods”. It took me a lifetime to realize and manifest such wisdom.
I studied psychology at the University of Liege, Belgium (1993) then worked with drug abusers in a general hospital. Meanwhile, my brother died of an overdose at 18 years old. His passing determined the unfoldment of my life.
My degree offered me ways to diagnose people, less to heal them. Only three years in my job of psychologist, I took the big leap of leaving the corporate world to find freedom and authenticity – I felt inadequate in my work and personal life. Intuitively, I knew I shall experience life to know from within and acquire self knowledge to heal others. The societal world, build on a false sense of self, an ego existing per its need to survive, insured the perpetuation of suffering.
I moved to India to follow a spiritual path. I lived in ashrams, meditated and danced, to just be. Osho was my first spiritual teacher. He guided us to liberate the primordial energy, to clear blockages in the chakra system, and awaken the kundalini energy within the form.
The self-inquiry method as taught by Ramana Maharshi was the final practice to guide me to the core of my spiritual quest: “Who am I?”, it was the means to experience pure consciousness as the Self, one and undifferentiated, non-dual awareness.
Soon after such awakening, I became a mother. I moved to the USA to raise my two children. Motherhood invited me to return to the body, to come down from the vastness of the all into the diversity of feelings and relationships. Wife and mother, soon single mom, the woman in me still needed to heal emotionally. I needed to master the human emotional self to live in harmony with all my relations.
I took the path of embodiment to descend the light into the form, where the subconscious resides as the foundation of our lives. I studied and practiced various embodiment practices to make the journey of transformation.
I am a Certified Transformation Breath® facilitator and group leader; Graduate of the Hakomi Method (psychotherapy based on mindfulness in the body); certified Feeding your Demons® facilitator.
At the beginning of my journey as a facilitator, I guided Awakening Dance classes. Today, I hold the Sacred Space of the circle in groups and within the self to guide the integration of various parts of the psyche
Embodiment practice takes you on a journey of inner discovery, traveling inner landscapes where archetypes, demons and allies, beliefs and habits structure the mental and emotional body of the world.
Personal and ancestral traumas live in the body and thus block the natural flow of energy. Unconscious, they are the substratum of our ego-self, the cage we live in.
To liberate ourselves from the box of the ego, which expresses itself in stories and beliefs, we must be conscious and must return to the now. With loving awareness, we illuminate the limited structures and expand into the vastness of unity consciousness, through acceptance of any aspects of the human condition.
As I applied myself to self-healing, I developed an understanding of how to transform. It is my honor to now hold space for you to be on the journey of transformation.
